Why do I always do that same mistake when I know what I should do?

Don’t you owe it to yourself and your sport to put a large amount of effort, perhaps even the majority, into patching the mind rather than just patching the physical body? A check on all the top athletes in any sport you care to mention and almost all do precisely that.
The last Olympics saw a move away from coaches/psychologists who understand the mind towards mind patchers (coaches that actually train the mind using hypnotic processes) with significant results.
You don’t have to be an Olympian or play a popular sport to benefit, you just need to recognise that if you train your mind your sports performance will improve and often substantially.
